King Yin Lei Guided Tours

King Yin Lei, a historic house built in 1937, reflects the excellence of design and construction in both Chinese and Western architecture in Hong Kong, which is a rarity in Hong Kong as well as an outstanding work of art. In 2008, King Yin Lei was declared a monument. The site has now been included in Batch VI of the Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme of the Development Bureau.

The Commissioner for Heritage’s Office of the Development Bureau is now organising docent tours to King Yin Lei to allow the public to enter the mansion, appreciate the architectural beauty and understand the historical background of the declared monument.
